Living in southern Arizona we have two seasons: nice (November-ish till April-ish) and HOT – all the rest of the months. When the HOT season is here some little towns literally become living Ghost towns. There are still people living there but if you drove through you won’t know.

Superior qualifies for that. I stopped by after a hike at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum which is close to Superior.
