Several Christmases ago I received a teabox from my mom. It wasn’t fancy, it was a plain wooden box, and once it was empty it looked useful for storing small stuff. So I kept it. I used to store beads, trinkets, rocks and whatever odd was laying around and had no home of its own.
About a month ago I decided to give it a facelift. It deserved it.
After two coats of paint, pretty paper and modpodge you wouldn’t know this box used to be plain.
It now holds different ‘trinkets’: necklaces, pins, matchboxes and other little things I’ve made.
