There is a first for everything…my first time having work in Jewelry Affaire. Yey!!!
I started making my Christmas cards today. And since I enjoy stitching on paper, I am cutting out pretty paper and stitching it on the card. And the final touch, for the tree topper I am using the cuttest bird stamp: a little birdie with a crown. It makes me smile.
I finished my display for tomorrow’s event: Arizona Craft Rave. If you are in Phoenix area come by 12 noon till 10pm. A real crafting marathon at the Tempe Historical Society by Papago Park.
Thinking about the story of The Velveteen Rabbit, I am warming up by making tags this morning. I have work to do, to finish up preparing kits and materials for Arizona Craft Rave.

It’s been raining and I have been working on small sewing projects, like this mushroom ornaments.
I am super excited again…check out the newest issue of SEW Somerset, due out in December. My work made it, in two different articles.
Here is something I was working on about a week ago. Inspired by a book I checked out at the library, I made a few paper houses of my own.
